RIIWHS204E - Work Safely at Heights Course
We are currently running Work safely at heights with RIIWHS202E – Enter and work in confined spaces and MSMWHS217 – Gas Test Atmospheres training. Please see the combined competency course here if you wish to register for it.
This course provides the training, skills and knowledge required to work safely at heights in the resources and infrastructure industries.

Before training commences you will be asked to complete a basic literacy and numeracy skills indicator. This helps the trainer identify learners who need assistance and support, at the same time the suitability and appropriateness to enrol in or complete a course.

This is a nationally accredited training program. Upon successful completion of the program participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
- Student must be over 18 years of age
- Must have 100 points of identification (Work Safe Qld’s ID requirements)
- USI (Unique Student Identifier), obtain your own USI via the www.usi.gov.au website
- Be able to read and write in plain English
- Steel capped/composite boots
- Long-sleeved, high visibility shirt
- Long pants
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses, gloves, hard hats and high visibility vests can be supplied if required.
- 100 points of identification as per (Work Safe Qld’s ID requirements)
- Pen and notepad
- Lunch and water bottle. A service station is located next door, other lunch options are located close by.
